Sir my uncle age is 54 years from last 4 years he is having swelling in his testicles or scortum in one side no pain pain is not present from starting only little uncomfortable as because of size there is little uncomfortable but not pain he told me that it's hydrocele only he has not shown to any doctor but he is telling that it is hydrocele but today I read in Google that swelling can also be present in testicular cancer please tell can it be a cancer can testicular cancer present for 4 years without treatment
