Swelling in lower limbs. What can i do?

Leg swelling n pain is seen in deep vein thrombosis, cellulitis, peripheral vascular diseases. Patient needs to get vascular doppler done if swelling and pain persists even after taking pain killer. Your anemic(hb is less) and esr is increased because of anemia. Oral ulcer is due to vitamin and mineral deficiency. Both anemia n oral ulcer suggest that your not having proper nutritious food and your underweight for your height even. Please have proper healthy diet. Have iron rich foods like green leafy vegetables, peanuts, pistachios, cashew, almonds. Have egg everyday, sprouts, protein shakes,salads, milk and diary products. Supplement with multivitamin tablets even. And wound in penis could be due to infection please consult surgeon once.
