Swelling in leg. For this treatment!

Few years before my dad met with small accident because of which he had swelling in his right leg, it was normal so he didn't shown to doctor and applied tiger bam and few other but the pain didn't stop so he consult normal doctor he gave some medicine that too didn't work after few days the right leg got infected and the infection start increasing so we admitted him to bhagvati hospital the leg was infected from toe to knee so the doctor at bhagvati hospital decided to remove all infected mass from leg and they removed it, the infection was cure by this but after this the mass started building on the leg now the mass is more than it should be, this is not paining but the leg has became very fat enough from toe to knee he is unable to wear shoes so just wanted to know which doctor should I prefer for this treatment
