Swelling in foot
I fell from a wais height in a way that my left foot touched the floor first and over that my body. have got x-ray of that food and found that there's no fracture but I have swelling since yesterday, his happened yesterday morning around 7 a.m. When I go to sleep and get up I feel more pain I'm using icing pad while getting heat up in microwave over that foot and I've been taking brufen as painkiller but I believe it's swelling Remains the Same. Can you guide that what remedy should I take

In absence of fracture it can be soft tissue swelling or may be sprain. Keep your foot eleveted. Put a pillow below ur feet. Apply crepe bandage. But i would suggest you to consult me online so that i can give u better advices.
