Swelling in all fingers , weekness,

There is swelling in all fingers in both hands. Numbness , can't close the palm fully,no strength, Full weekness , swelling in joints of fingers, can't hold anything firmly, can't lift anything with High weight more than a 3kg nearby, colour of skin slightly a whitish in fingers i.e looks like low blood circulation issue...we consult many physics like neurologist... homoeopathy... arthritis... problem is not solved. Recently she also suffering from knee pain...she can't get up easily from sitting position...the problem is more during cold conditions...she can't able to keep her hands in cold water even in room temperature... sometimes she felt vibration in hands...she feels like something is flowing inside her hands during night...she is suffering from Last 2 year... please anyone suggest something for this problem sir please please 😕😕
