Swelling face problem
My other has a ulcer type wound on her just inside the nose. She broke that ulcer wound by safety pin. Due to this she has swallen face with pain. What us the probable cause and it's treatment

HOT FOAMENTATION WITH HOT WAETR TWO TIMES A DAY.OVER EFFECTED AREA. LIGHT DIET WITH LEAST OIL N SPICES. AVOID SPICY FRIED JUNK GRESY FOOD OR FOOD FROM OUTSIDE. IF REQUIRED CONSULT A GENERAL PHYSICIAN MD.OK.

She might be having a sinus infection. Start on antibiotics and analgesics I need more information, about fever? Any allergies? Taking any other medications for BP / sugar?
