Hello there...I can understand your concern. From your description you could be suffering from tinea cruris or intertrigo. But it can be confirmed only through detailed clinical examination. So kindly consult a dermatologist for further evaluation and management. Conservatively at home have bath daily, wash your clothes daily. Stop using steroid creams if you are using.
