Sweating on under breast
My wife is 43 and diabetic patient,under perimenopause condition. Excess sweating often occours on her under breast portion making the clothes wet always. What is the cause and remedy for this?

Greetings. Excess sweating or hyper hidrosis could occur perimenopausally. However, this could be controlled by use of certain anti perspirant solutions and patches that reduce sweating. Please see a qualified dermatologist near you. Also please rule out hyper thyroidism
