Hi..treatment for excessive sweating usually involves prescription-strength antiperspirants on the affected areas. Rarely, an underlying cause may be found and treated. For persistent hyperhidrosis, you may need to try different medications or other therapies...for dark circles try a cold compress, two chilled teaspoons or a bag of frozen peas wrapped in a soft cloth to temporarily reduce dilated and discolored under-eye blood vessels...elevate your pillow, have good sleep...Consult nearest dermatologist and gynaecologist they will do the needful.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. I see you facing a lot of issues. Regarding your sweating issue, it can be due to a number of causes like hormonal issues. get your thyroid checked once. Also I feel you may be suffering from nutritional deficiencies as you are already underweight. Have lots of greens and fruits. Have a high protein diet. Tab. Shelcal HD once a day and tab. D3 must 60k once every alternate day. The d3 must is to be chewed. Have one apple everyday. Consult a gynaecologist for help regarding PCOS. Dark circles can be due to lack of sleep, stress, weakness etc. So get a good 7 hours of sleep and practice yoga and pranayama. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain

Hi there...excessive sweating will need complete evaluation like where is it more predominant, palms and soles, or forehead or whole body, does it increase with your nervousness? Also associated comorbidities like diabetes can also cause increased sweating. You can try conservative measures like yoga, meditation, having bath twice a day initially. If no progress you can visit a dermatologist or general physician for further evaluation. Feeling lethargic, tiredness could be due to low haemoglobin or diabetes or pcod. you will need to consult a physician for that. Regarding pcod kindly consult gynecologist, they will be able to guide you regarding treatment. Dark circles is usually hereditary. But sometimes can occur due to lack of nutrition or even in atopic cases. Visit a dermatologist for that. They will start you on depigmenting agents. Keep using sunscreens for now. And lastly you are 9kgs underweight for your height. Start eating healthy foods rich in proteins and fibres like egg white boiled chicken vegetables fruits pulses. Start exercising slowly.
