Sweating during breastfeeding
I had my c-section on 14 June 2022. Whenever I breastfeed my newborn, I keep sweating a lot. Is this normal. Please advise what I should do.

Sweating is a normal phenomenon when one lives in a hot and humid environment. This is nothing to worry about. You must maintain hygiene though. Consult for better guidance.

Nothing to worry. It's a normal phenomenon. Keep yourself hydrated. Take 3-4litres of water everyday Take Healthy Diet. Take plenty of green leafy vegetables and fruits.

That can be due to dehydration.. hydrate yourself with plenty of fluids ok.
