Sweating and restlessness
After donating blood I feel restlessness ( could be due to drop in blood pressure ) along with sweating for next 2 ~ 5 minutes.

Donating blood decreases blood volume thus lowering blood pressure to small extend but not much So if u feel restless after donation may be other cause also
