HI Excessive sweating might be secondary to disorder of the thyroid or pituitary glands, diabetes mellitus , tumours ,gout , menopause , certain drugs, ormercury poisoning .Treatment is mainly topical antiperspirants (aluminium chloride ) as the first line of therapy for hyperhidrosis
