Swealling below testis area

Asked for Male, 53 Years

Sir from last 3 years I have swelling in my left testicles area when I press swealling it is pressible little bit the swealling is sudden 3 years ago and not increase in size since then accordingly to me and medium size means I wear half pant it can be noticed by someone
