It was my period day but i didn't recognize it before. He got taste of my menstrual blood but we saw no other sign of it. Later on we had unprotected sex and there was blood on his penis. Should we be concerned about any STDs or any other problems?

it is always better to use protection to prevent STD.there is no absolute increase in risk of STD during menstruation,however,you need to report to the gynecologist if you experience any discharge,pain or fever.
