From the image shared , and considering that the pain is occuring only in the upper lid of right eye , it looks like a STYE.
It is a very common ophthalmic condition , but can be very painful.
Start with hot compressions twice a day on the affected area using a warm clean cloth or cotton , and consult an ophthalmologist at the earliest to confirm the diagnosis.
