I had done iui and doctor prescribed me susten gel with an applicator for 14 days. She suggested me to rest for 5 min and then walk for 45 min. Why doctor suggest to Walk for 45 min after inserting susten gel? The susten gel is leaking out during walking.. Will it reduce its effect due to this.
