Surgical Abortion will be safer ?
I am 25 years newly married, undoubtedly going thorough an un wanted pregnancy. We both partners where pretty conscious about our family planning but because of contraceptive failure it happened. Will 8 weeks surgical abortion will be safer? What precautions I will need to take ideally pre and post.
