Hai yesterday I've done pft test small airway obstruction later done hrct chest it's normal then why pft showed abnormal it's safe because I have inguinal hernia scrotal operation next week??

PFT is a physiological analysis of lung that is PFT helps in functional analysis of lung whereas CT scan helps in pathological analysis of lung; so CT scan being normal you can have abnormal PFT. If there is gross PFT abnormality, then you should get its treatment first then hernia surgery.
