But I have decided to take evening primrose soft gel capsules for hormonal imbalance and to increase cervical mucus... Is it safe to take??? Thanks in advance

For a regular 30-32 days cycle the ovulation can be exprcted at 14-16th day However to increase the chances of pregnancy it is advisable to have intercourse from days 10-19 Do you have any particular hormonal imbalance? Because primrose oil will not help for hormonal disturbances
