Sunburn on body
Hi, I was abroad earlier this week and on one of the days I fell asleep twice in the sun -20-26 degrees- on both my front and back, I've sunburnt pretty much everywhere but some areas much worse than others. On the back of my knees I have a red 'rash' area and it's badly swollen meaning I cannot bend my legs without extreme pain, my shoulders are also just as bad. On that night I suffered with heatstroke and was feeling very sick and drowsy. I have now developed a sore throat, whether this has anything to do with it or not shall I seek medical help? I've not been able to do much due to the pain. Thank you.
