Suggestion forWeight gain
I am 24 years old... but weight is less as compared to my age and height... pls suggest me diet or any medication for weight gain. I am pure vegetarian.

Dear Sir Eating 1. Sugar (refined / jaggery) 2. Pulses / Cereals in huge amount will lead to weight gain But before that, please tell whether you want to really gain weight and get the complications associated with over weight

Hello there. I can understand your concern. You have not mentioned your age or else it would have been possible to calculate your BMI. i suggest you calculate your BMI by seeing the formula online. You need to take in more calories everyday than your daily required amount to gain weight. Have frequent meals. Exercise daily. Consult a dietician for further help with a diet chart. Best regards. Dear 24yr old.. If your BMI is between 19-22kg/m2 you are normal. How ever if u r underweight u can increase your fat intake to 750ml/month and take more proteins like sprouts, dhal, and also milk products
