Had chlamydia infection in december.. Post treatment with tab. Codox l 100mg bd for 10 days.. Took again test in march(1.25) Again now in may (1.06) Do i need to take treatment again?? As igM value is not negative yet? (experiencing itching while discharge and burning sensation NOT while micturating though) Are these symptoms of chlamydia infection? Do i need to take treatment again?? Retest again? If so after how long.. NO NEW EXPOSURE(LAST 10 MONTHS AGO)

Hello madam Chylamida infection is bacterial and treatable .so don't worry. Are you married madam? Do you have diabetes? Do you have any ulcers or lesions in your private area apart from discharge? Your test shows rise in antibody alone , it neednot reflex active status . So redoing this test is waste of your money.
Next Steps
Chlamydia is contagious through sexual contact. so use contraceptives if needed.
