Suggest Gym Diet
I am a beginner doing upper body exercises. Which meal is best for protiens and iron. Can u suggest what diet should I take ?

soya bean green gram contains highest amount of proteins..... u can consume green leafy veg ragi liver which contains good amount of iron u can even have egg yolk(white colour thing) try to consult dietician...
