SUGAR LEVEL
I m testing my sugar level these days and finding that my fasting sugar level varies between 103-113 mg/dL and PP sugar level after two hours of lunch between 118-125. My HB1AC is 5.3%. Am I in the range of pre-diabiatic? Need to control my diet?

Fasting upto 110 is normal Post meal upto 140 is normal HbA1c upto 5.6 is normal You need to exercise to improve your fasting sugar levels.
