Suffring from venous ulcer

Asked for Male, 67 Years

My father age 67 years and he suffering from venous ulcer, 1 week before done evla for bilaterial GSV and SSV in both leg but ulcer does not heal.coupious exudates from wound site,severe pain in ulcer site. Daily dressing with normal saline and use ointment neosporin and t bact and compresion bandage.take oral antibiotic and trental 400. Please suggest me what can i do for healing ulcer
