Suffocation feeling
When in heavy traffic or in public transport during peak hours, I am unable to breathe at full stretch and feel like suffocate or collapse or nauseated. What might be the problem and who to consult.

It looks like you may have asthma.
there is a simple test to diagnose it. buy an asthma inhaler from any chemist.
When you start having breathlessness, just take a puff, if the breathlessness improves, you are asthmatic.
