Suffocation and left side pain
Hello,I've been recently experiencing pain on left arm, leg, chest occasionally the whole day, since 20-25 days. I was diagnosed with cervical spondylitis, these days whenever i try to sleep at night i feel like suffocating with left arm pain and dizziness, it makes me panic that I'm having an heart attack (also have acidity the whole day). I've recently took tests ECG, 2D Echo, CBC, HS Trop I, Trop T all seemed normal to doctors. I used to be an chainsmoker (7-8 cigarettes per day) but now I'm on my smoking cessation since 2.5 years. I'm attaching my reports below: LIPID PROFILE S. Triglycerides,serum : 78 Total cholestrol, serum : 207 HDL Cholesterol,serum Method-Direct Method /Enzvmatic Colonmetric : 42.8 LDL CHOLESTEROL, serum : 148.6 calculated VLDL CHOLESTEROL, serum : 15.6 LDLC /HDLC ratio : 3.47 calculated TC/HDLC Ratio calculated : 4.84 TFT Total T3 (Triiodo Thyronine) : 137.08 Total T4 (Thyroxine) : 11.52 TSH : 3.641 Troponin I qntatitive :

Your blood reports show elevated LDL cholesterol. Rest all investigations are normal. Pain looks like non cardiac. Diet restriction and physical activity is recommended. If there is family history of heart disease, u will need cholesterol lowering drugs
