Suffering from Wet cough
I am on a meditation for throat infection with cold and flu. Right now the cold and flu has gone but have started coughing frequently. I have tuspel plus and tuspel ls. Which is recommended in this case?

You seem to be suffering post viral cough which is a common type of dry cough syndrome after an attack of viral upper respiratory tract infection. Usually it will resolve on its own within few days. You can use dry cough syrups, strepsils like lozenges and steam inhalation for faster recovery
