Suffering from.thyroid
Hello ... i want to ask about the thyroid problem. I have done the blood test and reports are T3 = 106.10,T4=10.70,TSH=2.24 and 6 months before my reports are T3=124.50,T4=10.50,TSH=1.73. Is it a thyroid as i am over weight and what ever exercises,gyming are done there is nothing to change. Please help .

hi  don't need to worry your readings doesn't seems like you have thyroid problem. for your weight loss, you can concentrate on walking or running for at least 30 to 40 mins per day. don't need to strain yourself in gym exercise diet also will help (increase fruits and vegetables) and cut down on fatty oily foods, junk foods, sweets, high carb diet check your blood sugar also if still no improvement consult a physician
