Suffering from nightfall
Hello doctor, I'm suffering from excessive nightfall from last 9 years. I was 14 years old when I first experience this. I did masturbated excessively when I was unaware of negatives of masturbation. I use to squeeze my private part very hard. But once I got aware of negatives of masturbation. I immediately stopped it but eversince then, my life has become hell. I did got exposed to porn when I was 9 years old & I do believe it has really affected my brain. Now I don't watch porn, I don't masturbate but I have problem of paraphilia. I experience extreme urges to watch women. I do get turn on very easily. My sex drive is extremely high. I am facing this mental block to watch women and women. My eyes just want to see women flesh. This thing is impacting my life very negatively and I am looking for suicide. Is there other way out. Please help me.

Hay buddy ur normal male, its normal, u need to appreciate n just acknowledge it. be focused on ur goals of studies n sports achievements. Engage in exercise and nourish well.

For night falls : Night falls are a natural phenomena. But when we start having night falls more than 4-5 times a month, then there is a problem. We start feeling weakness, tiredness, etc.. Do not take milk after 3 pm. Try to avoid non-veg, spicy, fried & chilly food. Do not watch pornography materials. Take good healthy diet, do exercise & yoga daily. Take tab. Confido & chandan adi bhati each morning & evening with water. Keep stumic clean & avoid constipation.
