I would recommend that you do the following: - Drink ORS immediately and consume it for the next 3 days. - Drink alot of water especially after going to the toilet - Aim at drinking upto 3-4 liter of water over 24 hours - Have a liquid diet such as rice soup and other soups as processing solid food at this moment would be difficult. - Do not skip meals as it will increase the weakness. If there is more than 3-4 episodes within an hour, blood in stools, foul smelling stools, vomiting then you must go to the nearest ER and get evaluated.
