Suffering from Insomnia
In September end we came back to India from USA ..after that my mom was not able to sleep.we thought it’s just the jet lag effect so we didn’t paid much attention but after 1 month We observed that jet lag can’t last this longer.so we guessed that My mom might be suffering from insomnia ..I mean now she is not in the depth of insomnia but she sleeps for only 2-3 hours per day sometimes she doesn’t even sleep whole night..pls suggest what should we do now?
