Suffering from hair fall
Hello sir this is padmaja 22 year old. I m suffering from hair fall since 1 year. Its not by heredity. No one have bald head in my family. But recently everyone one in my family suffering from hair fall. I can feel some mud in my skulp even after head bath. V r using municipal water only from beginning. Please suggest me good shampoo that can reduce hair fall. Thank you sir

Greetings. In women, Anaemia, hormonal issues, environmental factors , pollution, stress, junk food and poor diet could cause you to lose hair. After adequate evaluation by dermatologist, You'll probably need treatment with hair care lotions or serums - something that has vasodilator properties and improves thickness of hair and reduces hair loss. Have a good balanced nutritious diet.For dandruff you'll need an antifungal shampoo with probably a low dose corticosteroid shampoo.
