I am 35 years old patient, I walked for 7-8 kilometers before 2-3 days ago, still my legs hurt very much. My partners did not have any problem. Can you tell me what is reason behind it?

Probably your body isnt used to walking.
Also a sign of vitamin deficiency.
If you are better, i would suggest daily 30-40 min walk to adapt .
If its persistent, tests for deficiency of vitamin b12, D3 , calcium is must.
