Sudden spinning and downside dragging.

Hi doctor from last 1 year i am feeling sudden episode of spinning and balance problem the feeling is like a downward head draggging, I had Upper respiratory infections like bronchitis after that this happens, I did my complete CBC B12 reports was normal, DID lipipd profile TG and LDL was high then liver GGT was also high, 5 Months back I saw Cardiologist in medanta gurgaon as i had strong family history of CABG, He Did ecg and Stress echo they was normal 5 months back, Then saw a ENT surgeon he did some audio metry test i was getting proper sound, he suggested some inner ear problem and prescribed some anti histamines and anti vertigo drugs, But i have been taking it for long but when i stop them the symptoms starts coming again and it resolves themselfs then again comes, I am not sure whats is happening with me. I saw cardiologists also ENT also. I am so paranoid, Please help what can be possible cause?
