Sudden restlessness
I recently had an episode where I suddenly felt weakness, restlessness, palpitations and and irresistible urge to cry (and cried for almost 20 minutes). There were stressful things going on for past few days and it was all piled up. Is this normal or can it be called as panic/anxiety attack?
