Sudden repulsion about romance/intimacy
My girlfriend and I have a great relationship. We were really intimate for a while but she suddenly feels repulsive about all those things. We talk about everything, and she is sure that it's not about me, but the thought of romance feels disgusting to her. She has had many unhealthy relationships/abuse in the past. And her family is not supportive either. She can't visit a therapist as of now. And it's been over a month since this started. She is happy when she spends time with me, so I'm sure it's not about me. But she doesn't like the thought of physical touch. Is there any way that I can help her deal with this apart from just being patient and waiting for her to feel better?
