Sudden pain in back & left side of chest
Whenever i lying on bed in night after whole day suddenly pain start in my back and then that pain shifts in to chest also , and it happes only in left side. Is it symbols of attack?

It may be muscular or gerd pain... Pls consult at my malad clinic with ECG and chest xray.
