Sudden loss of consciousness.
She lost balance while sitting on a chair and was about to fall ,her jaw tilted towards left side ,then she went unconscious after that and while she was unconscious she was producing groaning like sound like 'hmm hmm hmm ' little louder and regained consciousness after 4-5 mins and vomitted.

It can be an seizure episode or vascular brain injury(considering d age, but unlikely to regain conscious within 5mins)
Better to consult a neurologist n get evaluated in detail.
