Sudden fall of BP and Faint
I've faced it 6months ago for the first time.Suddenly I get exhausted and sweat..then I vomit and my BP falls rapidly..I feel extremely dizzy...The doctor said the reason may be Addrinal failure or cardiac arrest...but after going through my ECG report he said everything is alright we my heart.plz suggest the proper reason n remedy.Thank you
