Sudden erectile dysfunction
Lam a 25y male recently suffered with mild epididymitis had been prescribed antibiotics and even after a month the pain was persistent went to the urologist again and within a span of one month developed a right sided varicocele (grade 2) epididymitis was normal but the spermatic cord is swollen. Suddenly, everything was fine a day prior, I stopped getting morning erections and the ones I got were very soft went to the urologist he prescribed 2.5 mg cialis, it works on sexual stimulation but I still don't get night erections or morning wood. Is it venous leak?
