Sudden change in Cholesterol (46 age)
Last year I had blood test in which I had minor high Cholesterol. I didn't had any medication for that but had exercises. 3 months ago I had blood test and things were improving. But recently I left exercises, went to a family function. Again I had blood test and reports have changed dramatically: Cholesterol Total: Feb 18: 243 Mar 19: 208 Current: 199 HDL Cholesterol Feb 18: 43.5 Mar 19: 43 Current: 35 Non HDL Mar 19: 165 Current: 164 Triglycerides Feb 18: 154 Mar 19: 148 Current: 352 LDL Calculated Feb 18: 168 Mar 19: 135 Current: 93 VLDL Calculated Feb 18: 30.80 Mar 19: 29.60 Current: 79.40 I don't smoke or drink. My weight is 50. Suddenly there is too much increased in Triglycerides and VLDL while HDL decreased a lot. I used to walk daily for an hour but recently I stopped it. I already take Thyrox 50mg daily and don't want to start medication for cholesterol for lifetime. What are the dctrs advises on this and what should I do to bring it back naturally

It most likey seems to be due to recent lack of exercise and dietary restrictions which you used to follow earlier. I suggest working on these factors and repeating the test after 3 months. Also, check your tsh if not checked recently.
