Last year I had blood test in which I had minor high Cholesterol. I didn't had any medication for that but had exercises. 3 months ago I had blood test and things were improving. But recently I left exercises, went to a family function. Again I had blood test and reports have changed dramatically:

I don't smoke or drink. My weight is 50. Suddenly there is too much increased in Triglycerides and VLDL while HDL decreased a lot. I used to walk daily for an hour but recently I stopped it. I already take Thyrox 50mg daily and don't want to start medication for cholesterol for lifetime. What are the dctrs advises on this and what should I do to bring it back naturally
