Sudden burst of smile for no reason
My sister , has been facing some sort of psychiatric problem since last three to two months . Suddenly she starts smiling for no reason and next moment she becomes silent . Although she recognizes each and everything but her health is depleting . Sometimes she gets angry and start murmuring . What could be the possible reason and treatment ?

Possible reason could be problem in frontal lobe functioning of brain. Get her MRI brain done to rule out any organic causes
