Dear Doctor, I love eating sweets and I try avoiding them as much as possible. I am 37 years old. What are the best alternatives I can use for sugar on a day to day basis?

Ideally one should try and avoid sweets although one can have them once in a while. If you love eating sweets then i would suggest trying sugarless sweets( with artificial sweeteners).
