Subclinical hypothyroidism
This is for my 50 year old mom. She told me: “I have the above mentioned condition, as my medical report says my tsh is 6.3 and everything else about my thyroid is normal. I have diabetes too (8.7 average of 3 months). I have been losing a lot of hair since 3-4 months. I started taking Thyroidinum (homeopathic medecine). Will this medecine improve my hair condition too? My hemoglobin is normal.

No it may not help. Homeopathic medicine will help only if it matches to the case. Don't take over the counter in homeopathy. It may even harm.
