Subacute infract in basal ganglia
My father is 75 years old.. He is hypertensive, diabetic and has been suffering from Parkinson's as well for the last 6 years. Parkinson's hasn't affected his life much till now..He has suddenly become very dull , lazy and  forgetful. He doesn't engage in conversation much like he used to be a month ago.. His doctor didn't comment on his mri.. Just said keep blood pressure and diabetes under control.. I have attached his mri report below.. Please see it..i don't understand what happened to him.. Is it aging or Parkinson's or something else?
