Stye , small swelling on left lower eyel

My husband left Lowe r eyelid have one small swelling like stye . It's looks red congested . He had same prob 15 days back when I gave him cipro eye drops and hot compress. What next should I do

Hello If this is stye then A. Hot fomentation B. Apply antibiotic ointment locally over lid margins C. Take systemic antibiotic like ciprofloxacin twice daily for 5 days To prevent recurrence..try to maintain lid hygiene by scrubbing lashes with baby shampoo
