My daughter has a stye in the eye, this has happened previously as well and she was prescribed an ointment(moxicip) at bed time and eye drops(milflox) 3-4 times a day. Should I continue using the same medicine?

this could be due to external hordeolum (STYE)
treatment:
a. warm compresses
b. apply antibiotic ointment locally over lid margins
c. take systemic antibiotic if severe lid swelling

Hi there I understand your concern and anxiety... Give hot fermentation to reduce local inflammation with over the counter pain medications... You can use same medication but bye a new one and use it 3 to 4 times a day...if no improvements consult nearest opthalmologist for clinical examination they will do the needful.
