Stubborn milia on cheek

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I have had these hard white spots on my cheek for a few months now. I thought it would just go away but it hasn't. The internet tells me it's Milia and I should see a dermatologist to get rid of this Is there something i can do at home to fix it?
