Structure weak
As i m 26 year old with5ft and 4 inch height but i uave 49 kg weight as my intake is good .2 eggs a day . lunch breakfast and in a week 1 or 2 times chiken too. And a cheese in weak too yet my structure is nt improvising. And i feel less energitic.soon aftr 1 hour study. ..

Its lathargic... You have lack of concentration... Be stress free and take sleep of 8to9 hours... Eat healthy food and nuts...
